Create an At-Home Self-Care Day

One of my favorite things to do is to create an at-home self-care day every month! It’s a day of mental health re-set. Sometimes I do absolutely nothing because that’s what my body needs. Other times, I go all-out.

I shared some of my favorite ways to create a self-care day on Daytime Columbus.

Here are some of my favorites:

Gratitude to Bliss Journal & App: Just 5 minutes of gratitude can significantly alter your health and happiness. My favorite way to practice gratitude is using the Gratitude to Bliss Journal and the Gratitude to Bliss App. This ensures I not only practice gratitude on my day of self-care, but that I indulge in making it a part of my daily routine!

Calysta Labs Charcoal Face Mask: A big reason I love this mask is because  unlike other masks that you have to let dry and wash off or put on and throw away, this one dries and peels off, making less of a mess. Plus, one jar goes a long way! You get about 20-30 applications per jar. Sign-up for their newsletter and get 10% of your first order!

Zeel Massage: For the ultimate at-home self-care retreat, you can schedule a massage to come to you! You can get a massage in as little as an hour from booking – or any time that works for you. And you can start your massage as early as 8am or as late as 10:30pm, 365 days a year. A licensed massage therapist comes to your doorstep with the massage table, music – everything needed to transform your home into a five-star spa. If you are a first time user, use code 12j2g to get $20 off your first massage!
