Body Love Challenge! Can you go the entire day without saying negative things to yourself?

The way we talk to ourselves has a huge impact on how we love ourselves.┬áSometimes these negative thoughts are so ‘normal’ that we don’t even realize we’re saying them. Today, if you start to have a negative thought replace it with a positive one. If you’re thinking “My body doesn’t look nice today” immediately correct yourself and instead say “My body looks incredible today!”
